- Sourcing on and off-market opportunities. We look deeper than what’s shown in the “for sale” listings. We know that the gems are usually underneath the surface.
- Systematic underwriting. Lots of details go into underwriting for commercial real estate. Our team of property investment experts and document creators is ready to handle the task.
- Methodical due diligence process. The process of waiting and project handling in the due diligence process in commercial real estate can be difficult. Staypoint will be with you through the process.

Our team hones in on candidate locations that meet specific criteria and conducts thorough due diligence.
Site Investigations/budgeting & Feasibility Analysis Reports
Our team members complete SIRs to confirm the project will be both feasible and profitable.
Development, Funding & Submittals
We hire and manage expert architects, engineers, and consultants to complete the municipality submittal requirements and handle the proper community outreach approach as needed.
Design & Entitlement
We work with community developers to secure all requirements
Site Acquisition & Construction Management
Our in-house construction team works with general contractors & subcontractors to help deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
Prepare For Occupancy
We complete final inspections and ensure the Certificate of Completion is issued so the property is ready, and the client is able to open for business.
